Proposal RFP Specialist – 1 (2-4 Years of total experience)

At least 1 years of Presales / Bid Management experience

Presales Consultant – Cloud Portfolio (Bid Specialist)

Proposal Development: Ensure creation of high quality proposals and documentation and meet tight client deadlines

  • Understand the key solution elements and the major client drivers/requirements to ensure solution and proposal are aligned
  • Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
  • Capable of assuming individual proposal management responsibilities for medium to large sized proposals
  • Proven experience in managing and winning RFIs, RFP responses
  • Working closely and collaboratively to understand and capture client requirements to formulate effective solutions.
  • Should Possess basic Knowhow of various Cloud solutions
  • Secure success for Must Win Sales Opportunities
  • Improve the Efficiency of Production and Quality of Proposals
  • Increase Professionalism and Effectiveness of Proposal

 

Inside Sales Executive – 4

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound resources, secondary research (Cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification to develop business growth opportunity
  • Build productive and profitable working relationships with channel partners
  • Identifying potential partners for new business
  • Develop business strategies for lead generation
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams

 

Senior Business Development Executive – 3

  • Should possess strong experience in Software Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation
  • Should have the ability to handle international clients
  • Candidates for this role should work well individually as well as part of a team, be outgoing, persistent and able to hit weekly goals and metrics
  • Should be highly self-motivated, go-getter
  • Should have the ability to analyze sales trends
  • Should be team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Should be a people person who effectively articulates ideas and gains trust quickly
  • Candidate will be responsible for direct lead generation, sales push and conversion for active services selling for the company.
  • Candidates having experience in US operations will be preferred
  • Prospecting new accounts and build relationships with potential customers
  • Should have strong knowledge on online marketing tools and portals
