Deepak Adinarayana serves as the COO of Otaras and Nuvento. He is a founding member of Otaras. Deepak is a graduate in Operations Research from The University of Texas at Austin.

During his 20 years as a Technology and Management Consultant, Deepak has held senior roles helping several Wall Street Buy and Sell-side clients in developing and delivering software products, solutions and services. He has a robust understanding of the Capital Markets and Wealth Management business verticals. He can discover needs/gaps in the market, understand business processes and follow through with technology solutions.

Deepak works with chief data, information, & compliance officers to successfully deliver digital platforms, engage consumers, and apply technology to drive business outcomes. He applies creative strategic insights to boost performance across the value chain and has worked across sectors in the financial markets.

Deepak founded Otaras to fill the gap for much needed, affordable compliance infrastructure needs & business/process solutions, especially for small and medium Public Finance market participants. Otaras strives to bolster the efficient use of taxpayer and ratepayer money in infrastructure development and service provision. At Otaras, Deepak advocates that the appropriate use of process optimization, automation leads to lowering costs and greater transparency.
