The medical platform, housing the world’s largest medical education library with over 7,600+ authors and 8,500+ PubMed-indexed articles, faced several challenges in optimizing its search and information retrieval systems. The existing search functionality was limited to basic keyword searches, lacked an efficient retrieval system, and did not provide real-time access to the article library. There was a need to improve decision-making capabilities for advanced patient care.
