Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing & Revenue: Prepare invoice projections, validate contracts, coordinate with BU heads, and manage timesheet/project-based billing including change requests.
  • Accounts Receivable: Track receivables, follow up on payments, and manage overdue escalations.
  • Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, maintain compliance documents, and handle payment coordination.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Prepare periodic cash flow reports and track receivables/payables.
  • Payroll Coordination: Support US & Canada payroll processing (Justworks, ADP), maintain payroll data and entries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
  • Source, screen, and close candidates for niche IT skills including:
  • Full Stack Development
  • AI/ML & Data Science
  • Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Data Engineering / Analytics
  • Work closely with Account Managers / Delivery Heads to understand client requirements.
  • Manage vendor coordination and candidate pipeline effectively.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and high submission-to-closure ratio.
  • Conduct initial technical screening and salary negotiations.

Team Lead -Python

Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Kerala (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
1) Architecture & Hands-on Development
  • Lead architecture and development of Django-based services and Next.js/React web applications.
  • Design systems that are modular, scalable, testable, and maintainable using SOLID/DRY, clean architecture, and pragmatic design patterns.
  • Own critical technical decisions (trade-offs, performance, security, maintainability).
2) PostgreSQL & Data Engineering (Must-have)
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, queries, and migrations.
  • Drive performance tuning: query planning, partitioning strategies (when needed), connection pooling, and data integrity.
  • Establish best practices for data modeling and API contracts.
3) Secure Coding & Platform Security
  • Implement secure-by-default patterns: input validation, output encoding, secure headers, secrets management, and secure error handling.
  • Build and review authentication/authorization: RBAC, multi-tenant controls, least-privilege access.
  • Ensure secure API design: rate limiting, idempotency, CSRF/CORS, JWT/OAuth2 flows where applicable.
  • Lead threat modeling and code-level security reviews aligned to OWASP.
4) GenAI Integration & RAG Engineering (NEW)
  • Design and build RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, metadata strategy, embeddings, vector storage, retrieval, reranking, and response synthesis.
  • Engineer document lifecycle: versioning, re-indexing, deletions, tenant isolation, and auditability for knowledge bases.
  • Implement prompt engineering patterns and guardrails (policy filters, PII handling, grounding requirements, citation/traceability).
  • Build evaluation and monitoring for GenAI: accuracy/faithfulness, retrieval quality (recall@k, MRR), latency, cost, and regression testing.
  • Enable tool integration: function calling / tool execution patterns, agent workflows, and safe execution boundaries.
  • Collaborate with product and AI teams to operationalize GenAI features with strong reliability and security.
5) Engineering Practices & Quality
  • Enforce code quality standards: review discipline, refactoring culture, and maintainability metrics.
  • Establish automated testing: unit, integration, API tests; drive TDD/BDD where appropriate.
  • Define standards for logging, observability, and incident-ready engineering.
6) DevOps Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
  • Partner with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments via CI/CD, Docker, and (if applicable) Kubernetes.
  • Own environment readiness, release hygiene, and production reliability practices.
  • Contribute to Agile planning and delivery (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring predictable execution.
7) Mentorship & Technical Leadership
  • Mentor engineers through pairing, reviews, architecture sessions, and hands-on guidance.
  • Build a culture of ownership, craftsmanship, and secure engineering.

Sales and Marketing Intern (Paid Internship)

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and sales campaigns
