SCCM Engineer

Location- Kochi Kerala,   3- 5+  years,    Full Time / Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Automates multiple environments utilizing automation solutions such as PowerShell, System Center Configuration Manager, System Center Orchestrator, Azure Service Management Automation, and/or API integrations
  • Collaborates with technical and business staff to implement monitoring and/or reporting solutions that fit the requirements of the business
  • Designs, implements and monitors compliance using SCCM DCM
  • Collaborates in the design, operations and maintenance of the existing System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure
  • Responsible for monthly maintenance of OSD images and Task Sequences
  • Performs setup and management of monthly patching of Windows Servers
  • Creates packaging and deployment of third party applications for Windows Servers
  • Creates custom reports covering all areas of SCCM operations
  • Determines more complex industry best practices and suggests how to improve current practices
  • Performs root cause analysis on more complex incidents/problems Performs rotational after-hours (on-call) support as needed
