Nuvento is looking to hire an HR Manager for its rapidly growing team in India and will be required to work from 3.00 PM IST to 12.00 AM IST).
The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in the field of Human Resource Management specifically in an IT solution staffing organization. We are looking for a candidate who is located either in Cochin or Bangalore.
You will have 8-10+ years of experience with the majority being in practicing and implementing HR policies and procedures in the company with a focus on implementing HR policies in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employment Law & Compliance, Comp & Benefits & HR systems management, and training (in coordination with L&D).
You will be bringing the industry’s best practices to Nuvento to help with employee engagement and HR compliance in the organization and streamline onboarding/offboarding and other processes.
You will be required to build a seasoned HR team in India to support the growth of the organization.
This role will have a solid line reporting to HR Operation Manager for all HR initiatives and outcomes and local day-to-day reporting to Director – India Operations, Nuvento.
