The role is responsible to create and maintain a pleasant work environment and act as an enabler for the people, creating openness and trust.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day office operations
  • Organising meetings and manage logistics
  • Organising company events and conferences, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.

Job Summary:

This position is a hunter role with the core responsibilities of identifying, pursuing and winning new business opportunities for IT consulting/staffing services This role requires outstanding sales experience, finely honed customer service skills and a passion for selling technology talent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a named account staffing sales strategy with 5-8 accounts/clients to 100+ billable in 2 years or under
  • Develop business and grow existing, new client base through active and direct sales activities including social media and professional networking to identify leads for IT staffing opportunities.

  • Proven history of successful quota achievement and large/medium account penetration and execution
  • Resourcefulness in thinking outside of the box regarding sourcing and new client development

Job Summary:

Nuvento is hiring for a Business Development Director, with a strong focus on hunting new logos within service sectors (e.g., financial services, insurance, etc.). The purpose of the role is to build new relationships, seed new projects that lead to larger, long- term services relationships and build bold value propositions relevant to C-Suite executives resulting in large, long-term relationships. This position will be focused on new sales origination and closing with the expectation to grow to $8-10M/year + in revenue over a 2-year plan.

Role:

Job Summary:

Are you a dynamic, enterprise sales executive ready to take fast-growing, digital technology products to the next level?

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Nuvento product(s) and the corresponding market relevance. Working with the Chief Revenue Office (CRO), you will help drive Nuvento’s rapid expansion of products and clients by acquiring new business and augmenting relationships with existing clients. This position will be focused on new sales origination and closing with the expectation to grow to $3-5M/year + in revenue over a 2-year plan.

Major Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed sales quota; expand client base
  • Prospect opportunities through persistent hunting and networking as well as coordination with demand generation staff to consistently sign new business
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for new business

Attend project kick-off meetings, capture requirements and conduct impact analysis.
